Petra Group is looking for an Architect
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
POSITION PROFILE:
We are looking for an Architect with 5+ years of professional experience to join our in-house architectural team. The role is focused on architectural design, coordination, and documentation for complex, large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and confident working within multidisciplinary teams, with solid knowledge of Georgian regulations and hands-on experience throughout different project stages.
QUALIFICATIONS & HARD SKILLS:
** Bachelor`s degree or higher in Architecture
** Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
** Practical experience in architectural design
** Good knowledge of construction, architecture, and urban planning regulations in Georgia
** Experience working with municipalities and regulatory authorities
** Strong written and spoken Georgian and English (Russian is an advantage)
** Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Revit is an advantage).

** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
** Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
** High sense of responsibility and ownership
** Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
** Ability to work independently and as part of a team
** Good communication and coordination skills
** Ability to work on projects of different scales and complexity
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
** Develop architectural solutions in line with the overall project concept and design guidelines
** Prepare architectural drawings and documentation at different project stages
** Participate in urban planning, architectural, and working design phases
** Coordinate architectural design with engineers, consultants, and external designers
** Ensure compliance of architectural solutions with regulations and approved concepts
** Participate in material selection and architectural detailing
** Liaise with municipalities and authorities on design-related matters
** Support internal design reviews and coordination meetings
** Monitor that design documentation aligns with approved concepts
** Assist in maintaining design quality throughout project implementation
