Job Details:
** Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Specialist Job Description:
Role Summary:
Specialists in the Financial Reporting Division contribute to client projects by preparing key reporting components, validating accounting data, and supporting compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). They work closely with Engagement Managers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance across financial deliverables. This role is ideal for professionals building hands-on experience in consulting-based reporting and financial diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
** Assist in the preparation of financial statement components, including Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Profit & Loss, and supporting notes under IFRS.
** Organize and validate raw bookkeeping data from clients; flag inconsistencies or unusual entries for senior review.
** Support the drafting of accounting policies, disclosure notes, and supporting schedules for financial statements.
** Perform desk reviews of client accounting processes and documentation to support compliance assessments.
** Conduct basic technical research on IFRS issues and contribute to internal memos or analysis summaries.
** Participate in diagnostic interviews with clients alongside senior team members and document key findings.
** Prepare structured working papers and maintain traceability of data, assumptions, and calculations.
** Format and review Excel and Word deliverables for clarity, consistency, and client-readiness.
** Collaborate on project timelines and assist in tracking progress against milestones and deliverables.
** Support internal quality control by checking consistency across templates and applying feedback received from Engagement Manager.
Required Skills:
** Basic knowledge of IFRS principles and structure of financial statements.
** Experience working with accounting data and bookkeeping systems
** Competence in Excel, including use of formulas, formatting, and structured spreadsheets.
** Initial experience drafting financial disclosures or internal reporting documents.
** Strong attention to detail, especially when organizing data or checking calculations.
** Ability to learn and apply technical accounting concepts with supervision.
** Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
** Strong time management and organizational ability to handle multiple assignments.
** Eagerness to work in a consulting environment and adapt to diverse client needs.
** Collaborative attitude and readiness to learn from senior team members.
