The company provides a full sales system: marketing, incoming leads, call center, and CRM.

You don`t look for clients — you focus on sales and income.

Location: Tbilisi (main office) + occasional short business trips to Kutaisi
Work format: Office 10 00 -19 00
Schedule: 5 days a week

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a strong Real Estate Sales Manager with proven experience who can:

** build trust with clients
** conduct negotiations
** close deals
** work with investors and international clients

Responsibilities:

** Working with incoming leads
** Conducting online and offline meetings, presentations, and property viewings
** Consulting clients on the residential project, purchase terms, and investment potential
** Negotiating and supporting clients through to deal closure
** Working in the CRM system
** Cooperating with the contact center and marketing team
** Occasional business trips to Kutaisi

Requirements:

Required:

** At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales
** Fluent or professional proficiency in Georgian, Russian, and English
** Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
** Ability to work with investors and demanding clients
** Discipline, responsibility, and result-oriented mindset

Important:

** Proactive attitude
** Ability to connect with different client profiles
** Willingness to work with high-value transactions

** Lack of self-organization
** Expectation that "sales will happen by themselves"
