Tourinvest Group Announces a Vacancy for the Position of Head of Quality & Standards
Job Description
The Head of Quality & Standards is responsible for establishing, managing, and monitoring unified quality and operational risk management standards across Tourinvest Group`s business units.
This position is non-operational and does not participate in daily operational decision-making. Its core function is to define standards, develop evaluation frameworks, and conduct independent assessments of compliance with established standards.
The objective of the role is to ensure that processes across the Group are implemented in a consistent, predictable manner and in alignment with the company`s business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
** Defining and managing a unified quality and standards framework across the Group, including:
1. For business units operating under international brands, based on the standards set by the respective brands;
2. For independently operated, Group-owned business units, through the development of internal quality and operational standards.
** Conducting independent assessments of service quality, operational safety, and brand standards across all business units;
** Identifying quality-related risks and ensuring timely escalation to senior management;
** Managing audits, mystery guest programs, and guest feedback systems;
** Analyzing guest feedback, reviews, and complaints, identifying trends, and preparing structured reports;
** Monitoring non-compliance issues and controlling the implementation of corrective actions (without operational interference);
** Supporting quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with General Managers and functional teams, at a consultative and methodological level;
** Providing regular reports to Group management on quality and standards performance, risks, and improvement dynamics.
Qualification Requirements:
Education
Higher education in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Professional Experience
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in hospitality, tourism, or service industries, including at least 3 years in operational management roles within an international hotel brand (e.g. Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Accor, or similar), such as Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, Head of Food & Beverage, or a senior quality and service management role.
Additional Experience
Experience working in multi-property or group-level environments, as well as exposure to mixed portfolios (hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, casinos), will be considered an advantage.
Professional Knowledge:
** In-depth knowledge of hotel operations (Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) and service processes;
** Experience in managing quality standards, audits, and evaluation systems;
** Managerial-level understanding of safety and hygiene standards;
** Experience in analyzing guest feedback, operational, and quality-related data.
Language Skills: English - advanced/fluent.
