Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Position Overview:
Transfer Pricing (TP) focuses on analyzing prices of transactions between related companies in Georgia and across international markets to ensure they are fair and comply with regulations. As a TP Intern, you will support the team in analyzing financial and business data, preparing reports, and assisting with client projects. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance, business analysis, and international corporate operations, while developing skills valuable across Audit, Advisory, and Consulting
Your tasks may include:
** Assistance in transfer pricing analysis of intra-group transactions within the Georgia and foreign Group of companies;
** Processing accounting and financial data, including calculation of profitability indicators;
** Involved in preparation of transfer pricing documentation and notifications, including assistance in the administrative aspects of the team;
** Operating with different transfer pricing related databases, processing downloads from databases and conducting benchmarking studies on various industries;
** Assistance in performing economic, financial and accounting analyses;
** Conducting industry and market analysis.
What We Look For:
** Recent bachelor`s graduates (preferably in Economics or Finance);
** Knowledge and interest in Georgian tax legislation and accounting;
** Attention to details;
** Well organized and able to identify and juggle with priorities;
** Extensive computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
** Fluent in Georgian and English; Knowledge of Russian will be an asset.
