General Requirements:
** Answers telephones using appropriate etiquette, speaks using professional language.
** Assists the Hotel guests and colleagues to meet and exceed their needs.
** Provides information regarding the Hotel`s services and policies.
** Reports any of the accident happened regarding guest injures, safety and security, property damage.
** Ability to work in shifts.
Candidate Profile (Education and Experience):
** Communicates effectively in English. Additional language skills is a preference.
** Excellent Communication, Time Management and Problem Solving skills;
** Related work experience in an International Environment (is a preference).
