AWARD LLC is announcing a vacancy for an AI / Automation Architect capable of selecting, implementing, and applying AI tools in real business workflows, with a strong focus on results, efficiency, and systematic thinking. This is not a theoretical role — the key requirement is delivering real, measurable impact on processes.
Work Location: Tbilisi
Salary Range: 3, 000 GEL - 20, 000 GEL per month
remuneration depends on achieved results
Role & Mission:
** Implement and develop AI solutions in operational workflows
** Automate repetitive and inefficient tasks
** Optimize office, sales, management, reporting, and content processes
** Deliver practical, usable AI tools to internal teams
Focus: simplicity, speed, measurable results
First 90 Days Focus:
** Identify 2-3 key bottleneck processes
** Implement at least 1-2 AI automations
** Provide usable AI tools to teams
** Measure impact (time, speed, quality)
Responsibilities & KPIs:
** Reduce repetitive work by 20%+
** Automate 2-3 processes within 90 days
** Deploy 3-5 AI tools in daily operations
** Automate reporting and analytics
** Reduce response and execution time
Technical Stack:
Not all skills are mandatory — practical depth matters most.
** ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini
** Airtable or Notion / Monday (AI features)
** Zapier or Make / n8n
** Google Sheets / Excel
** AI chatbot development
** AI-driven business process automation
** Practical prompt engineering
** Basic data handling skills
Nice to have:
** AI Agents & Workflows
** API integrations
** AI security & access control
Working Languages:
** Georgian — required
** English — required
** Chinese — a strong advantage
Professional Development:
The company may fund additional training, certifications, and international professional development when aligned with business results.
Selection Process:
** One stage of the interview will be conducted with AI.
** AI actively participates in candidate evaluation and decision-making.

** Skill level (1-10) for each tool
** Real examples of achieved results
