We are seeking an Information Security Manager to lead our cybersecurity governance, information security framework, and compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for defining, implementing, and enforcing security policies, overseeing ISO 27001 governance, and ensuring security controls effectively support business and regulatory requirements.

Workplace: On-site (Office)
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and enforce:
** Cybersecurity policies
** Data protection standards
** Endpoint and access control policies
Own ISO 27001:
** Policy framework
** Risk treatment plans
** Incident response coordination
** Identity & access management
** Security architecture oversight
** Risk and compliance reporting
Conduct and oversee:
** Risk assessments
** Vulnerability reviews
** Internal compliance audits
Maintain high-level documentation:
** Network topology (logical view)
** Security architecture
** Access control models
Define and audit: Backup & disaster recovery policies
Administer and approve:
** Physical access control logic
** High-security configurations
Conduct monthly security reviews:
** Network threat logs
** Endpoint compliance
** System and access logs
** Maintain compliance records, reports, and audit trails
** Equipment lifecycle oversight (policy-level, not hands-on)
** Technical Scope
** Cybersecurity governance
What We`re Looking For:
** Minimum qualification: Vocational training in Cybersecurity
** At least 2 years experience in IT security management or cybersecurity governance
** English proficiency at B2/C1 level
** Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, including risk management and audit readiness
** Ability to lead risk assessments, compliance activities, and incident response coordination
** Solid understanding of identity & access management and security architecture principles
** Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
