Job Summary: The Event & Social Media Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing casino events and managing the casino`s social media presence to increase brand awareness and guest engagement. The role involves developing event ideas, executing marketing activities, creating social media content, implementing campaigns, and managing day-to-day social media operations.

Manager`s Responsibilities & Essential Duties:

** Execute promotional campaigns, events, and tournaments according to agreed plans and timelines.
** Organize and coordinate casino promotions, slot and table tournaments, entertainment nights, and seasonal events.
** Support preparation of event calendars aligned with marketing and revenue goals.
** Coordinate event setup, staging, decoration, equipment, and on-site logistics.
** Ensure events deliver premium guest service aligned with Casino International standards.
** Execute daily management of Facebook and Instagram, including posts, reels, stories, and other engagement formats.
** Publish social media content related to events, promotions, VIP activities, and entertainment.
** Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, and maintain active communication with followers.
** Coordinate with external vendors, entertainment groups, hosts, decorators, and media partners to promote casino events and offers.
** Support digital, print, and in-house promotional campaigns.
** Ensure accurate distribution of promotional information to guests and staff.
** Recommend improvements and new event concepts based on results.
** Ensure promotional information is accurate, timely, and consistent across all digital channels.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience required for this Position:

** Experience in social media marketing and content management (Facebook & Instagram required)
** Experience working with vendors, entertainers, and promotional agencies;
** Understanding of digital targeting, audience segmentation, and paid social media tools;
** Fluency in English; additional languages preferred;
** Strong communication and leadership skills;
** Guest-focused mindset with hospitality experience;
** Highly responsible and attentive to details;
