About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Guru to drive property sales, build strong client relationships, and close transactions in the Tbilisi real estate market. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in real estate, provide expert market insights, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Real Estate Sales Guru
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Key Responsibilities:
** Engage with prospective buyers and sellers; generate and follow up on leads.
** Conduct market research and property valuations to inform pricing and strategy.
** Present properties, advise clients on options, and negotiate offers to close deals.
** Manage documentation and transaction processes from initial contact to closing.
** Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications:
** Proven experience in real estate sales or related field in Georgia.
** Fluent Georgian, Russian, English.
** Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
** Deep understanding of local property markets and trends.
** Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
