Small Business Accountant
Location: Tbilisi
We are looking for an accountant to support small business clients. The role includes working with a customer base, tax returns, and accounting. Experience with the Georgian tax system is not required — we provide full training and support at all stages.
Responsibilities:
** Maintaining a small business client base
** Consulting clients on company services (training provided)
** Assisting with the preparation of tax returns
** Providing accounting support to clients
** Working in the personal account of the Tax Service of Georgia
Requirements:
** Russian language — required
** Knowledge of Georgian or English — required
** Basic knowledge of taxation and accounting (Georgia experience not required)
** Knowledge of 1C, Oris, or similar accounting software — a plus
** Confident user of MS Office and Google Docs
Personal qualities:
** Ability to work independently and as part of a team
** Time management and prioritization skills
** Strong communication skills and customer orientation
** Willingness to learn, initiative, stress resistance
Conditions:
** Schedule: 5/2, 8 hours per day
** Full-time, office-based work
** Salary: 1200 GEL + bonuses from 400 GEL
** Salary payments twice a month
** Paid training from the first day (training lasts 2-6 weeks)
