Nestlé, the world`s largest food and beverage company, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Georgia for a temporary assignment focused on a major SAP Implementation Project. This role is critical for maintaining financial accuracy during our system transition, handling day-to-day statutory accounting, and supporting the migration of accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Statutory & Tax Accounting:
** Tax Declarations: Prepare and submit VAT, Profit, Property, and DTT declarations. Manage income tax and pension fund filings, ensuring alignment between RS portal and internal records.
** Statutory Reporting: Prepare various statistical declarations and manage documentation for maternity leave and residency certificates for non-resident entities.
** Asset & Payroll Accounting: Register fixed assets, control depreciation, and manage the end-to-end payroll process (calculation in Excel, booking in 1C, and bank authorization).
Financial Operations & Intercompany:
** Transaction Management: Handle daily bank operations, insurance bookings (car, health, life), and medical/conference expenses.
** Intercompany: Calculate and book royalty fees, issue intercompany invoices, and manage SOA files for accounts receivable.
** Vendor Management: Perform periodic cross-checks and reconciliations with key vendors (transport, brokers, marketing) and monitor missed invoices.
Local Management Reporting (PEC Support):
** P&L Maintenance: Update leasing files, FA amortization, and sales data within the P&L files. Ensure accurate distribution of MGE, OGE, and IT expenses across business units. • System Uploads: Prepare P&L files for BPC and Magnitude uploads; ensure synchronization between statutory accounts and management reporting.
** Variance Analysis: Perform MOGE reviews and variance analysis to support financial controllers.
SAP Project & NSBS Transition:
** Project Activities: Actively participate in E2E process alignment, validation, and Market Acceptance Testing (MAT). Attend project MOR, WOR, and Steercom meetings.
** Activity Transfer: Support the NSBS transfer (transfer of accounting operational activities to Nestlé Shared Business Services).
** System Validation: Validate P&L lines before SAP upload and ensure all accounting procedures are updated and documented.
Required Qualifications:
** University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
** Proven experience in local accounting, tax reporting, and payroll (experience with 1C and RS.ge is essential).
** Strong knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and statutory reporting requirements.
** Advanced MS Excel skills (formula management, data linking, and large file consolidation).
** Experience in intercompany reconciliations and fixed asset management.
** Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English.
