Brand new Novotel Tbilisi Center hotel (member of Accor S.A.) is inviting to its team experienced Sales Executive (Proactive).
Duties and responsibilities:
** Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set.
** Develop the network of existing and potential clients to constantly update the base of contacts of people
** Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and target markets
** Ensure comprehensive and up to date knowledge of properties` unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies.
** Preparing and presenting sales offers and presentations to attract corporate, group and individual segment, negotiations with parties
** Establish and maintain excellent relationships with local and international companies to generate more visitors and bookings.
** Formulate hotel offers and yearly contracts and any other required business correspondence.
** Maximizing hotel sales revenue, to ensure your hotels achieve their budget
** Reaching out to customer leads through sales calls and visits
** Work closely with other departments to ensure coordination and seamless service delivery to customers.
** Participating in trade exhibitions, networking events to promote the hotel and interest potential clients.
** Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required
Requirements and skills:
** Good knowledge of English and Georgian languages. Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
** Previous experience of 2 years in sales in hospitality field
** Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
** knowledge of Opera cloud and Microsoft Office Suite;
** Good communication with local companies and partners
** Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
** Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays if necessary;
** Ability to work independently as well as teamwork in a rapidly developing, dynamic environment.
