We are hiring an Intake Associate to handle inbound leads only for pre-settlement legal funding related to personal injury claims (auto accidents, slip-and-fall, workplace injuries).
This is not a cold-calling role. You will contact individuals who have already submitted a request, complete a structured intake, and escalate eligible cases.
Responsibilities
** Call new web/email leads within 1-3 minutes
** Conduct structured intake interviews using approved scripts
** Verify basic eligibility (claim type, jurisdiction, attorney representation)
** Clearly explain the legal funding process and next steps
** Accurately document cases in the CRM system
Requirements
** 1+ year experience in intake, customer service, or call-center roles
** Strong phone communication and empathy
** High attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive information
** CRM and email proficiency
** English C2 required | Spanish is a plus
Schedule
** Monday-Saturday
** Remote and flexible, with immediate call availability
Compensation
** Monthly earnings: $1, 000-$1, 500
** $25 per funded lead
** 2+ inbound leads per day (increasing over time)
** No cold calls - inbound leads only
** Remote | Full-Time | FL, NY, TX Cases
