Position: Electrical Works Supervisor (On-site)
The Role
As an Electrical Works Supervisor, you will play a key role in shaping how electrical infrastructure is built, how technical decisions are made and how quality and safety standards are established from the very beginning.
This is a full-time, on-site role based at the IMM facility in Tbilisi. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment where ownership, accountability and initiative are highly valued.
What You`ll Do
** Organize, plan and manage electrical installation works on-site;
** Ensure all electrical works are executed in full compliance with approved designs, technical documentation and safety standards;
** Read, analyze and implement electrical drawings, schematics and specifications;
** Coordinate workforce activities, assign tasks effectively and monitor execution;
** Control project timelines, work quality and on-site safety compliance;
** Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers and other site supervisors;
** Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management.
What We`re Looking For:
** Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a similar role supervising electrical works;
** Higher or vocational education in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
** Experience working on medical, commercial or multi-story facilities is a strong advantage;
** Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation;
** Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and attention to detail;
** Comfort working in a startup or fast-growing environment with evolving processes;
** Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution;
** Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
