Position Overview:
The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for selling residential and commercial properties, managing client relationships, and overseeing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
** Present and sell real estate properties
** Communicate with potential clients and provide consultations
** Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
** Manage and update client database
** Achieve sales targets
** Monitor market trends
Qualifications:
** Experience in sales (real estate experience is a must)
** Strong communication and negotiation skills in Georgian, English and Russian
** Result-oriented mindset
** High sense of responsibility
** Knowledge of MS Office
