We are seeking a Junior WordPress Developer to support the redesign and optimization of a healthcare-focused website. The role focuses on improving UX, mobile usability, credibility, and conversions, while maintaining SEO, accessibility, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
** Develop and update website pages using WordPress
** Implement mobile-first, responsive layouts
** Improve page structure, formatting, and visual hierarchy
** Rebuild homepage sections with clear CTAs (Call Now / Get Help)
** Improve contact forms (privacy consent, anti-spam, thank-you pages)
** Ensure correct heading structure (H1-H3)
** Assist with basic SEO setup (meta tags, sitemap)
** Support performance improvements (image optimization, lazy loading)
** Help implement analytics tracking (GA4, GTM)
Requirements
** Experience working with WordPress
** Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
** Familiarity with WordPress themes and plugins
** Strong attention to detail
** Ability to follow structured instructions and deadlines
Nice to Have
** Experience with form and SEO plugins
** Basic understanding of accessibility standards
** Interest in UX and conversion optimization
