Responsibilities



Leadership, Vision & Team Management:

** Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear, actionable vision and strategic roadmap that the entire team can easily follow, establishing the event as the definitive regional platform for AI.
** Overall Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage all cross-functional teams (Content, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure clear alignment and execution of the event strategy.

Commercial Edge & Sales Strategy:

Sales and Sponsorship Targets: Define, track, and remain fully accountable for all sales and sponsorship revenue targets.
Sales Strategy: Design, implement, and lead the overarching revenue generation strategy to maximize high-quality deal-making.
CRM Implementation and Monitoring: Establish and oversee a unified CRM system to track every lead against clear sales targets, ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity. (CRM SYSTEM knowledge is must)
Targeted exhibitor Programs: Implement the Regional exhibitors Incentive Program to attract specific, high-value AI decision-makers and secure high-value delegate attendance.
Geographic Positioning: Actively promote Georgia as a neutral hub to attract international AI collaboration and investment.

Content & Curation (The "No Dilution" Promise):

** Speaker Policy and Curation: Prepare and manage the official speaker policy. Oversee the rigorous Curatorial Board process to vet all speakers and content, ensuring technical depth and "AI-only" positioning.
** Unique Formats: Direct the creation of high-value formats such as Closed-Door Roundtables, AI Policy Debates, and Tech Deep Dives.
** Final Day Strategy: Execute a dedicated Investment & Deal Flow program for the final day of the event.

Authority & Exclusivity (Manufactured Credibility):

** Strategic Partnerships: Lead negotiations with top-tier institutional partners to secure co-host partnerships, immediately lending global credibility.
** Anchor Sponsor Mandate: Enforce the Content Contribution Clause for all anchor sponsors, requiring top expert participation.
** Pre-Event Content Engine: Oversee the launch of authoritative reports (e.g., Regional AI Readiness Report) to establish market leadership before the event date.

Contract Drafting & Agreement Management:

** Speaker Agreements: Draft and manage speaker contracts, including participation terms, scope of involvement, and deliverables, in coordination with internal stakeholders.
** Exhibitor Agreements: Prepare and manage exhibitor contracts, ensuring commercial terms, deliverables, and event policies are clearly documented.
** Sponsor Agreements: Draft and oversee sponsorship agreements in line with approved packages and commercial terms.
** Contract Coordination: Maintain organised records of all agreements and coordinate reviews or approvals with legal or senior management where required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

** Proven Event Success: Must have a strong, proven track record of successful, large-scale event management and execution, including high-level strategy, complex logistics, and vendor management. (MUST!)
** Good to have an AI Expertise: Deep, demonstrable work experience within the Artificial Intelligence (AI) domain (e.g., in a technical, research, or executive AI deployment role).
** Good to have Speaker Network in and out of Georgia: An extensive, established network of recognized AI leaders, technical experts, and C-level executives with a proven ability to successfully secure and invite respected speakers.
** Local Connections: Must be well-connected within the business, technology, and leaders spheres in Georgia to leverage local resources and networks.
** Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in full-cycle sales strategy creation and execution, setting sponsorship targets, and CRM management is a must.
** Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams. Must have worked with sales/marketing.
** Regional Insight: Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem and regional geopolitical narratives.

Contract Details:

Initial Term: 6 months.
Renewal: Based on performance metrics and demonstrated results achieved during the initial term can be renewed longer term.
Salary - Based on the experience.
