Location: Tbilisi (AI for Georgia)
Commitment: Part-time (2 sessions per week)
About the Role
We are launching a new podcast series and are looking for a proactive Podcast Lead & Producer to manage and grow it from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone active in the AI / tech space with the ability to bring relevant voices into the conversation.
Key Responsibilities:
** Lead and manage podcast sessions (2 per week)
** Edit podcast audio and video content
** Oversee end-to-end production (recording, editing, publishing)
** Invite, coordinate, and manage podcast guests
** Leverage an existing network of AI professionals, founders, or practitioners to invite participants
** Use AI tools for video clips, highlights, and content optimization
** Ensure consistent weekly delivery and quality
Preferred Skills & Experience:
** Experience in podcast production and editing
** Video editing skills
** Active involvement in AI, tech, or startup communities
** Ability to invite AI-related guests and participants
** Familiarity with AI video/content tools (strong bonus)
** Strong communication and self-management skills
