Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by managing customer relationships, handling daily customer calls, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up. The role also involves overseeing office operations, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining effective control of daily administrative and sales processes to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
** Lead and manage daily sales operations to achieve assigned targets and company objectives.
** Conduct regular customer calls, follow up on leads, and maintain strong client relationships.
** Answer customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate product or service information.
** Manage and monitor daily call activities, ensuring timely responses to customer needs.
** Oversee office operations related to sales, ensuring efficiency and proper coordination.
** Prepare sales reports, track performance, and provide updates to management.
** Ensure proper control of sales processes, customer records, and office documentation.
** Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor that are relevant to the role and within the employee`s capacity.
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
** Proven experience in sales, customer service, or sales management roles.
** Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
** Experience in handling customer calls and managing daily sales activities.
** Ability to manage office operations and coordinate administrative tasks.
Skills:
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
** Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
** Fluent in English and Georgian languages (spoken and written).
** Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet sales targets.
** Good organizational and time management skills.
** Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.
** Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
** Leadership and team coordination abilities.
