Head of Marketing for SkyTel
SkyTel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing or Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company`s marketing strategies. The candidate will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in alignment with SkyTel`s mission to deliver company services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
** Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with SkyTel`s business goals.
** Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
** Define and oversee the implementation of branding, product positioning, and communication plans.
2. Campaign Management
** Plan, manage, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and out-of-home).
** Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), and return on investment (ROI).
** Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
3. Team and Stakeholder Collaboration
** Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve strategic goals.
** Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and IT departments to create targeted promotions and product launches.
** Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors.
4. Digital and Performance Marketing
** Oversee website, SEO/SEM, and social media channels to maximize online presence.
** Drive data-driven decision-making using analytics tools to monitor customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
** Leverage CRM systems to segment audiences and personalize marketing outreach.
5. Budget and Resource Management
** Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
** Allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign reach and impact.
** Monitor and report on financial performance, including cost per lead (CPL) and marketing spend effectiveness.
6. Brand and Corporate Identity
** Enhance SkyTel`s brand image as a leading telecom and Internet service provider in Georgia.
** Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
** Act as a spokesperson for the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications And Requirements
1. Education and Experience
** Bachelor`s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master`s degree preferred).
** Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the telecom or technology industry.
2. Skills and Competencies
** Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
** Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
** Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
** Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
** Familiarity with Georgian and regional telecom markets is an advantage.
3. Technical Expertise
** Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM software, and social media platforms.
** Understanding of telecom products, market dynamics, and customer expectations.
4. Language Proficiency
** Fluency in English and Georgian is mandatory.
** Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
