Job Title: Junior Operations & Business Support Assistant (Part-Time)

Employment Type: Part-time (10-15 hours per week, flexible)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Operations & Business Support Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across finance, HR, budgeting, and team coordination.
This is a support role, ideal for a junior candidate who wants to gain practical experience in operations, administration, and organizational support.
Key Responsibilities:
** Finance & Budget Support
** Assist with tracking basic financial information (expenses, invoices, simple records)
** Help monitor budget vs actual spend
** Support preparation of simple internal reports
** Coordinate with external accountants or finance providers if needed
HR & Administrative Support:
** Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination
** Maintain basic HR records (contracts, availability, leave tracking)
** Support general administrative tasks related to HR
Budgeting & Planning Support:
** Help track planned vs actual budgets across projects
** Flag missing information or inconsistencies
** Support simple planning and reporting tasks
Team Coordination & Capacity Tracking
Assist with tracking:
** Logged working hours
** Assigned tasks or deliverables
** Help compare time spent with planned output to support better planning
** Prepare clear summaries for management
Required Skills & Profile:
** Open to both junior and experienced profiles; recent graduates or students in business management or finance are welcome to apply.
** Organized and detail-oriented
** Comfortable working with spreadsheets and documents
** Experience using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or task trackers
** Basic understanding of administrative or business processes
** Good written and spoken English
** Reliable, discreet, and willing to learn
** Basic familiarity with budgeting or HR admin
