Our new mountain-resort development, Swissôtel Hotel & Residences Gudauri, part of the Petra Ski Resort concept, brings international premium hospitality to Gudauri — one of Georgia`s most prestigious ski and mountain destinations.
Swissôtel Gudauri combines a high-end hotel with branded residences, offering mountain-style comfort and a modern alpine lifestyle, harmoniously blending contemporary design with the natural beauty of the Caucasus.
This is a seasonal position for the winter season, aligned with peak tourist periods in Gudauri (typically December-April).
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our Gudauri office and contribute to the success of this winter season project.
Location: Gudauri, Georgia
Key Responsibilities:
** Sell residential and hospitality units within the Petra Ski Resort project
** Manage client communication, inquiries, and property presentations
** Build and maintain long-term client relationships
** Support marketing initiatives and collaborate closely with the team
** Support sales activities during the winter season peak period
Requirements:
** Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate or hospitality preferred)
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
** Fluency in Georgian, English, and Russian
** Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
What We Offer:
** Fixed salary of 2500 GEL net per month + bonus system

** Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00
