The warehouse facility is equipped according to the highest European standards. The company will also provide customs services to its clients.
Key Requirements:
** 3-5+ years as Commercial Director or Head of Commercial;
** Proven results in sales growth and client acquisition;
** Strong B2B and B2G understanding;
** Good English communication;
Responsibilities:
** Develop and execute commercial strategy
** Grow B2B and B2G business lines
** Acquire major corporate clients
** Lead sales and marketing teams
KPI:
** Quarterly revenue growth target
** New B2B clients acquired
** B2G tender participation & win rate
** Warehouse utilization increase
** Team performance metrics
