We`re hiring a Commercial Counsel in Legal Department to help us build the future of iGaming.

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Counsel to lead the legal aspects of our B2B commercial transactions. This role is a strategic partner to our sales, procurement and event teams, focusing on structuring, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value agreements in the global iGaming software market. The ideal candidate is a proactive, business-minded lawyer with exceptional negotiation skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

** Master`s degree in law.
** A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in commercial law. Experience at a B2B technology/SaaS company is strongly preferred. iGaming industry experience is a significant advantage.
** Proven track record of leading and closing complex, high-value commercial negotiations.
** Experience in advising on multi-jurisdictional regulatory issues (e.g., data privacy, software certification) in a commercial context.
** Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
** Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

** Structure, draft, and lead negotiations for strategically important and high-value commercial agreements, including SaaS, platform, partner, and key vendor contracts.
** act as the primary legal partner for the Sales, Events, Account Management teams, providing pragmatic advice to close deals.
** Support key customers in navigating legal and regulatory matters related to the compliant provision of our products (e.g., licensing, software certification).
** Advise sales, procurement, events, and other business teams on commercial legal issues, risk allocation, and mitigation strategies.
** Lead the continuous improvement of standard contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
** Work with internal teams (Finance, IT, Information Security, HR, Commercial Team to ensure contractual alignment with internal policies and regulatory obligations.
** Research and assess the impact of emerging laws and regulations on the company`s commercial activities and B2B agreements.
