We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Legal Counsel to support our growing Legal team. This role will provide essential assistance to both the Commercial and Compliance functions, with a primary focus on managing our Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, contract administration, and legal research. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain broad experience in a fast-paced, international tech company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

** Bachelor`s or master`s degree in law.
** 1+ years of experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department.
** Extremely organized, methodical, and high attention to detail.
** An interest in commercial law, compliance, or the technology/iGaming industry.
** Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
** High proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

** Onboarding and Due Diligence (KYC/CDD):
** Take primary responsibility for the client and vendor onboarding process.
** Conduct and document Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks.
** Liaise with sales, events and finance teams to gather necessary documentation from clients and vendors.
** Escalate high-risk findings to senior counsel.
** Maintain the central contract database, ensuring all agreements are correctly filed and key data (dates, terms, parties) is accurately recorded.
** Track key contract deadlines, such as renewals and expirations, and notify relevant stakeholders.
** Assist with the preparation of standard contract templates (e.g., NDAs, amendments).
** Assist the Compliance Counsel with gathering documentation for licensing applications and renewals.
** Assist the Commercial Counsel by reviewing standard agreements against established playbooks.
** Conduct legal research on specific commercial or regulatory questions as directed by senior counsel.
