Our company is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Ticketing Agents.

Purpose: To provide accurate, timely, and customer-focused ticketing services to passengers, travel agents, and corporate clients. The Ticketing Agent ensures proper issuance, reissuance, refunds, and reservation handling while maintaining high service standards and compliance with airline policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

** Assist customers with flight bookings, fare inquiries, schedule information, and reservation changes.
** Issue, reissue, and void tickets in accordance with fare rules, airline policies, and GDS system requirements.
** Process refunds, calculate fare differences, penalties, and other charges accurately.
** Manage booking queues to ensure ticket deadlines and schedule changes are handled on time.
** Provide support to travel agencies and corporate clients regarding ticketing procedures, fare rules, and booking updates.
** Verify passenger documentation requirements, including visas, passports, and travel restrictions.
** Maintain accurate records of issued tickets, transactions, and daily sales reports as required.
** Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and courteously.
** Ensure full compliance with airline standards, security protocols, and data-protection procedures.

Requirements:

** University degree or relevant vocational education is an advantage.
** Proven experience in ticketing, reservations, or customer service within the travel or aviation industry is preferred.
** Strong communication skills in Georgian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
** Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
