Our company is seeking professional individuals to join our team as a Sales Manager.
Purpose: To drive revenue growth by managing sales activities, developing relationships with key partners, and executing commercial strategies across assigned markets. The Sales Manager ensures strong engagement with travel agencies, corporate clients, and trade partners while supporting the airline`s overall sales objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across assigned regions or market segments.
** Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate accounts, partners, and tourism organizations.
** Identify new commercial opportunities, negotiate contracts, and grow the agency and corporate client portfolio.
** Coordinate with Marketing to execute promotional campaigns and sales activations.
** Organize regular sales visits, workshops, and presentations to strengthen brand visibility and support partners.
** Monitor competitor activity, market performance, fare trends, and customer behavior; recommend tactical actions to remain competitive.
** Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and commercial performance insights.
Requirements:
** A university degree in Business, Tourism, Aviation Management, or a related field.
** Proven working experience in airline sales, agency partnerships, corporate account management, or travel industry commercial roles.
** Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Georgian; any additional languages are an advantage.
** Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about aviation.
