USA based company is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our IT infrastructure supporting CRM systems, VoIP/call center platforms, cybersecurity, and internal networks across our operations.
Location: Tbilisi (On-site)
Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
** Ensure IT security, data protection & backups
** Oversee networks, servers, cloud platforms, and hardware
** Lead IT support & technical onboarding
** Manage IT vendors and system integrations
Requirements:
** 3+ years in IT systems administration or management
** Experience with call center/BPO environments preferred
** Knowledge of VoIP systems, networks, cybersecurity & cloud tools
** Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
