We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Remote Office Assistant to support our Bronx office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a dynamic environment, and contributes to smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
** Answer and direct phone calls in a professional, courteous manner
** Monitor and respond to emails promptly
** Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
** Assist with maintaining office supplies and managing deliveries
** Support staff with various small tasks as needed
** Be available to work in the New-York Time zone.
Qualifications:
** Previous call center or office support experience preferred
** Strong English, Georgian and Russian communication skills (written and verbal)
** Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented
** Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced office
** Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
** Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to help wherever needed
