Company is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Real estatre Agent/Sales Manager (Direct Sales).
The Sales Manager will be responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into successful property sales transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the entire home-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities:
** Handle and convert leads generated through digital marketing, advertising campaigns, events, and walk-ins
** Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
** Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and purchase timeline
** Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly conversion targets
** Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers
** Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio
** Build strong relationships and provide consultative selling approach
** Handle negotiations within approved discount frameworks
** Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
Required Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
** 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales (direct sales only preferred)
** Proven track record of achieving sales targets
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
** Strong negotiation and closing abilities
** Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Additional Requirements:
** Valid driver`s license (must)
** Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
** Local language proficiency
