Easy Charter Airlines is announcing an opening for the position of Financial Officer / Accountant in its Finance Department.
We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and detail-oriented professional to join our daily financial operations, with a focus on aviation-specific financial processes.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00
Salary: From 3, 000 GEL net (based on qualifications)
Main Responsibilities:
** Accounting, analysis, and control of revenue and all flight-related operational expenses
** Monitoring accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining communication with partners
** Managing, organizing, and archiving electronic documentation (the company operates 100% electronically)
** Daily financial reporting — forecasting expected revenues and upcoming obligations
** Performing daily reconciliations with suppliers and controlling expenses, including:
1. Aviation fuel
2. Airport services
3. Navigation fees
4. All direct flight-related operational costs
** Continuous monitoring of financial processes and providing insights to management
Required Qualifications:
** Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant in the aviation or transportation sector
** Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control/analysis
** Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Analysis)
** Good command of English, both written and spoken
** Strong responsibility, attention to detail, and time-management skills
