Overview
We`re looking for a Senior Digital Creative Designer who can confidently handle complex design tasks and actively contribute to campaign execution and visual content planning. This role is ideal for someone with strong multimedia skills, experience in digital publishing, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
** Create banners, animated graphics, and videos for campaigns and promotions
** Update and manage content on websites and CMS platforms
** Troubleshoot layout or visual issues and propose improvements
** Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute visual strategies
** Review output quality for consistency, brand alignment, and visual clarity
** Research tools and workflows to improve design execution and efficiency
** Document recurring issues and support process improvement efforts
Requirements:
** 3 to 5+ years of experience in digital design, motion graphics, or web publishing
** Strong portfolio with campaign-based designs and multimedia samples
** Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
** Familiar with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress
** Able to troubleshoot layout inconsistencies or formatting issues
** Comfortable managing multiple projects under minimal supervision
Great to Have
** Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts, or a related design field, with relevant coursework in:
- Graphic and Multimedia Design
- Graphics Animation
- Audio and Video Editing
- Multi-Platform Web and Applications Design
- Front-end Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
** Experience with 3D tools like Blender
** Exposure to UI/UX workflows or design systems
** Certifications in digital tools or web technologies
