Our company is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as a HR Operations Specialist.
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Maintain and update employee records, contracts, personal files, and HR databases with full accuracy.
** Ensure HR processes comply with Georgian Labor Law and internal company policies.
** Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of employee personal data.
** Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, system access, ID cards, induction).
** Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards (attendance, leave balance, headcount, probation, training).
** Ensure all HR documents and templates are up to date, standardized, and aligned with company policy.
** Support payroll preparation by collecting monthly inputs (timesheets, overtime, leave, deductions).
** Support medical insurance enrolment, changes, and annual renewals for staff.
** Maintain accuracy of HRIS, attendance systems, and access control tools.
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
** Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar HR role.
** Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
** Strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and labor law basics.
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
** Ability to work in a fast-paced aviation environment.
