Dasta Records Management is a leading company in Georgia`s document storage and management industry. As we expand our 3PL (third-party logistics) and e-commerce services, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Manager who can drive commercial growth and develop strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

** Identify and approach potential clients through calls, research, and networking.
** Understand client needs and present tailored archive, logistics, and fulfillment solutions.
** Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and long-term service agreements.
** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across finance, healthcare, logistics, retail, and e-commerce and various sectors.
** Keep accurate sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts.
** Achieve sales targets and contribute directly to the growth of our both- archive and 3PL directions.

Requirements:

** 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in consulting service or logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or related sectors.
** Strong communication and negotiation skills (Georgian & English).
** Proactive, persuasive, and comfortable with cold calls and client meetings.
** Organized, analytical, and able to handle multiple opportunities at once.
** Experience with pricing, basic contracts, or logistics solutions is an advantage.
