Job Description
Position: Lawyer
Location: Tbilisi, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
** Review, analyze, negotiate and draft all kind of contracts;
** Represent the company in legal negotiations;
** Prepare documentation for contract execution and internal legal needs;
** Ensure all legal documents comply with applicable laws;
** Support development and updates of internal policies and regulations;
** Conduct legal research and analyze issues;
** Provide legal support to all departments of the company;
** Evaluate legal risks and provide expert legal advice;
** Provide legal support for labor-related matters;
** Prepare required legal reports for management.
What We`re Looking For:
** Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or contract law;
** Experience in the gambling sector is considered a strong advantage;
** Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment;
** Strong knowledge of Georgian legislation and general understanding of international legal standards;
** Full proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
** Ethical, responsible, detail-oriented, and focused on results.
