The company announces a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager in Tbilisi and in Batumi.

Responsibilities:

** Search and attraction to cooperation of new customers.
** Conducting initial negotiations with clients, as well as preparing an initial commercial offer.
** Ability to present the company`s services to customers-clients in the form of a presentation, by phone, as well as during a personal meeting.
** Completion of daily reports on the number of calls and meetings with clients
** Search and filling the database (DB) for making cold calls.
** Understanding the dynamics and processes of sales.
** Accurately identifying customer needs for the services provided by the company and coordinating orders with the customer in accordance with his needs and the availability of the range.
** Development of fruitful relationships with the already existing customer-customer base.
** Successful communication with employees of the sales department, as well as other departments of the company.
** Planning of sales volumes for future periods.
** Visiting construction sites to take measurements and assess the current situation.
** Preparation of presentation materials.

Requirements:

** Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year.
** Experience in preparing a commercial proposal.
** Responsibility, punctuality, creativity, creative thinking.
** Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines for completing tasks.
** High performance in sales, competent negotiation and business correspondence.
** Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
** Good knowledge of office programs.
** Fluency in Georgian and English, knowledge of Russian is a plus.
** Experience in an advertising agency or in the marketing department of a large company is welcome.
** Experience with digital advertising is preferred.
** Higher education is mandatory, preferably in the field of economics, marketing and advertising, maybe design and humanitarian or creative professions.

Terms:

** Office in the center of Tbilisi.
** Work schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 18:00.
** Salary based on the result of the interview (Approximately 2500 lari + bonuses).
