We`re looking for a proactive Affiliate Manager to join our team and help us build and grow our affiliate network from the ground up.
Role Overview: As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of affiliate partners, driving revenue growth, and optimizing campaigns. You`ll work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure our affiliate program performs at its peak.
Job Title: Affiliate Manager (Junior/Mid-Level)
Location: Remote / Tbilisi
Key Responsibilities:
** Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to build your own portfolio from scratch.
** Develop strong relationships with affiliate partners to drive engagement and performance.
** Monitor affiliate performance and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
** Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotions and campaigns for affiliates.
** Negotiate commission structures, track payouts, and ensure timely payments.
** Generate regular reports on affiliate KPIs, trends, and performance metrics.
** Stay up-to-date with iGaming industry trends and competitor affiliate programs.
Requirements:
** 1-4 years of experience in affiliate management, preferably in iGaming.
** Proven ability to build and grow affiliate networks from scratch.
** Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data.
** Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
** Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
** Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking software, and marketing tools.
