GROUP CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (CMO)
Job Description:
Full time, Tbilisi office
Reports to: Group CEO / Mindset
Supervised by: Mindset
Role Summary:
The Group CMO is responsible for transforming strategic directions into fully executed marketing programs across all 5 companies in the group. This role ensures brand consistency, drives growth across diverse business unit, and acts as the public-facing head of marketing for the group.
This role requires a highly independent, senior-level marketing leader capable of managing complexity, coordinating multiple brands, and ensuring smooth alignment between strategy, sales, operations and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Execute Group-Level Marketing Strategy
** Translate strategic marketing vision into actionable annual and quarterly plans for each brand.
** Implement group-wide marketing frameworks, priorities, and KPIs.
** Maintain consistency in tone, identity and messaging across all companies.
** Coordinate activities
2) Brand Leadership & Development
** Build and maintain brand positioning, strategic messaging, and value propositions based on brand platforms.
** Ensure each brand receives tailored, relevant marketing programs that match its business goals and growth stage.
** Identify opportunities, gaps and needs across the group/within each company and report them
3) Annual & Quarterly Planning
** Create yearly strategic plans for each company: objectives, budgets, channel mix, campaign logic.
** Develop quarterly execution plans: tactical roadmap, ongoing campaigns, optimisations, testing agenda.
** Monitor performance dashboards and adjust tactics according to data and Mindset`s feedback.
4) Cross-Functional Coordination
** Collaborate with CEOs of each company to align marketing priorities with business goals
** Work closely with the Managers, outsource staff, to ensure smooth task delegation and execution
** Coordinate with creative, digital, and external agency partners when needed.
5) Operational Excellence & Reporting
** Lead weekly progress meetings; provides transparent updates and status reports.
** Track KPIs for each brand; ensure all activities contribute to measurable growth.
** Create structured communication documentation for the group`s leadership.
Requirements:
Professional Experience
** 7+ years in marketing leadership roles (preferably multi-brand, retail, finance, or service industries).
** Proven ability to manage several brands or business units simultaneously
** Strong experience in strategy execution, brand building and performance marketing.
** Experience collaborating with CEOs and executive teams.
** Work for multinational teams will be an advantage
