The development company LOFT TOWERS is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Marketing and Sales.
Location: Batumi
Industry: Development / Construction Sector
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
** Developing and implementing marketing strategies;
** Managing, monitoring, and supporting a small marketing team;
** Close collaboration with sales, product development teams, and top management to understand business needs and develop marketing plans;
** Supervising the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, printed materials, presentations, and advertisements;
** Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines;
** Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights;
** Managing the company`s online visibility and digital marketing channels (website, social media, email campaigns, paid advertising);
** Enhancing the company`s brand awareness and reputation.
** Providing consultation to clients regarding real estate purchases;
** Participating in the preparation of visual materials;
** Contacting potential buyers, providing feedback, and sharing information;
** Creating and continuously updating the company`s property database;
** Organizing meetings and site visits, presenting project information, and providing required documentation;
** Working on improving sales and building long-term customer relationships, offering new products and services;
** Managing documentation during sales (project-related and legal documents);
** Developing sales systems;
** Continuously improving the sales office;
** Attracting partner companies ;
** Working with brokers, attracting new brokers, and signing agreements with existing ones;
** Developing, planning, and implementing sales strategies;
** Collecting client-related materials from architects, accountants, lawyers, and project managers;
** Managing the CRM system;
** Calculating and planning promotions/offers.
Qualification Requirements:
** Education: Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master`s degree is an advantage;
** Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing within the development sector, including 2 years in a managerial role;
** Languages: Fluent Georgian; English at minimum C1-Advanced level; Russian at B2-Upper-Intermediate level;
** Technical Knowledge & Skills: Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies (preferably in the banking/financial industry); strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including website CMS, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms; understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to marketing in the construction industry.

Working Conditions:
** 5 working days / 2 days off;
