We are looking for a highly driven and client-oriented International Sales Manager to join our team. This position focuses on managing resale transactions, maintaining strong relationships with brokers and brokerage companies, and delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Main Responsibilities:
** Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and brokerage companies.
** Act as the primary contact for partners involved in resale transactions.
** Promote resale properties and coordinate viewings for brokers and clients.
** Guide clients through the full resale process and provide market, financing, and property insights.
** Negotiate effectively to close deals and protect company interests.
** Prepare and review resale documentation and maintain accurate CRM records.
** Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales decisions.
** Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports for management.
** Provide professional support to clients and brokers, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
** Provide support to international clients during banking procedures, property registration processes at the House of Justice, and any additional tasks required throughout the resale transaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree.
** Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage relations, or similar customer-facing roles.
** Strong negotiation and communication skills.
** Excellent time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
** Ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams (Sales Admin, Customer Care, IT).
** Strong sense of responsibility and customer-oriented mindset.
** Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM systems.
