Opened in June 2022, Pullman hotel features 218 rooms, 2000 m2 of banqueting facilities, Restaurant and Bar on the top floors, as well as luxurious spa. We are looking for a Barback for our French Restaurant `Dumas` who is always on the lookout for new beverage trends.
Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
** Ensure the smooth running of the bar.
** Provide assistance in all areas of bar service.
** Ensure the bar is clean and fully stocked to support smooth operations.
** Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
** Interact with guests in accordance with Pullman service standards.
** Follow all outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
** Maintain full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Requirements:
** Previous bar experience is a plus;
** Good communication skills;
** Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times;
** Strong interpersonal skills;
** Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team;
** Good command of Georgian and English languages;
