We are seeking a fluent English-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Tbilisi. In this role, you will provide real-time support to clients via email, chat, and phone, while also contributing to sales through effective communication and customer engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position that includes up to 2 night shifts per week, as well as occasional weekend and holiday shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
** Deliver fast, professional, and friendly support to customers via email, chat, and phone
** Assist users with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and general questions
** Guide customers through services and processes, offering clear and effective solutions
** Manage multiple conversations simultaneously in a dynamic environment
** Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer experiences
** Maintain professionalism and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
** Fluency in English (C1/C2) - spoken and written (mandatory)
** Excellent communication skills, especially via chat and phone
** Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
** Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
** Proactive team player with flexibility in work approach
** Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
** Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
Work Schedule:
** Location: On-site in Tbilisi (office-based) - remote work is not available
** Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 working days
** Includes up to 2 night shifts weekly
** Rotating schedule includes weekends and public holidays
