octa announces a vacancy for the position of Construction Quality Control Inspector.
Position Objective
The Construction Quality Control Inspector ensures systematic monitoring of construction work quality and compliance with standards and project requirements. The role is responsible for timely identification and correction of defects, management of the rectification process, preparation of quality documentation, and adherence to the quality management system.
Main Responsibilities:
** Review of technical documentation and drawings
** Inspection of materials and confirmation of their compliance
** Ensuring compliance with construction norms and standards on site
** Quality control at all stages of construction work
** Identification of defects, proposal and monitoring of corrective actions
** Preparation of quality reports on the progress of work and photo documentation
** Participation in the acceptance and handover of completed works
Qualifications and Education:
** Higher education in civil engineering, architecture, or a related technical field
** Minimum 2 years of experience in construction quality control or technical supervision
** Knowledge of quality management standards
** Knowledge of construction norms and regulations
** Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
