We`re hiring an IT and General Procurement Specialist to help us build the future of iGaming.
Requirements:
** Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields (IT procurement experience is a strong advantage).
** Basic understanding of IT hardware components, operating systems, and common software tools.
** Ability to multitask and manage multiple procurement requests simultaneously.
** Proficiency in using procurement or ERP systems (a plus).
** Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Procurement:
** Source, evaluate, and purchase IT hardware (laptops, accessories, peripherals, network equipment, etc.).
** Manage procurement of software, SaaS tools, subscriptions, and license renewals.
** Maintain inventory of IT assets and oversee the lifecycle of equipment (purchase, allocation, replacement).
** Track and update documentation for software licenses and ensure compliance.
General Procurement:
** Handle purchasing of company`s operational goods.
** Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.
** Identify and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and service standards.
** Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
