Blueprint Models is expanding and opening a new architectural model workshop in Tbilisi!
We are looking for talented 3D modelers to join our team and help bring architectural designs to life.
Positions available both project-based (remote) and full-time (on-site).
About the Role
You will be part of a creative team designing architectural scale models for international clients.
While prior experience in architectural model-making is not required, solid experience in 3D modeling is essential.
All specific techniques and workflows will be learned during the collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
** Interpret client materials (plans, elevations, 3D models).
** Redesign projects for miniature scale, considering material thickness, machine specifications (3D printers, laser cutters, CNC).
** Present final 3D models in realistic colors (e.g., white for walls, green for grass, beige for wood elements).
** Collaborate with the fabrication team for cutting, painting, and assembly.
** Provide clear explanations and coordinate the production team throughout the process.
Required Skills:
** Proficiency in at least one 3D design software: Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, ArchiCAD, etc.
** Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
** Understanding of 3D printing preparation and modeling for production.
** Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
** Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to meet deadlines.
** Integrity and capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
** A background or certification in Architecture, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field.
