We`re looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our growing team and help bridge the gap between business needs and innovative tech solutions.
What You`ll Do:
** Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
** Translate requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications
** Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
** Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
** Support testing, implementation, and user training
What We`re Looking For:
** 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
** Strong analytical and documentation skills
** Excellent communication and stakeholder management
** Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and BPMN is a plus
** Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
** Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
