About the Role:
Digital Elites FZE LLC is hiring an English Outreach & Business Development Specialist to build Referral Partnerships with Property Managers in Real Estate Companies, and Tenant Coordinators in the US market.
Your goal will be to establish communication and secure referrals for Internet, Cable TV, and Home Phone service setups for new tenants moving into residential units.
You will be provided with lead lists and a structured outreach process.

Schedule: Night Shift (Monday-Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
** Cold calling and outreach to property and tenant managers in the US
** Explaining how new tenants can benefit from our Internet, TV, and Phone service setup support
** Building and maintaining professional referral relationships
** Keeping track of communications and follow-ups in CRM
** Managing conversations confidently and converting referrals
Requirements:
** Advanced English speaking skills (required)
** Experience in US market outreach or call centers (preferred)
** Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
** Basic computer skills (email, CRM/data entry)
** Responsible, organized, and confident in handling calls
** Team-oriented mindset and a positive work attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
** Base Salary: 1500-1700 GEL (net)
** Performance Commission: Earn up to 2000-2500 GEL / month total with referrals
