About the Role:
Digital Elites FZE LLC is looking for a reliable Part-Time IT Person to assist our call center team with basic technical support. The role includes maintaining workstations, installing software, and helping staff with simple network or connectivity issues.
This position is ideal for someone who has worked in a call center environment and has hands-on experience with computers, Windows setup, and basic networking.
Job Title: Part-Time IT Support Technician

Location: Office 424, 4th Floor, Besiki Business Center, 4 Besiki St, Tbilisi
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Part-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
** Installing and configuring Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic software
** Setting up new systems for new staff members
** Troubleshooting basic internet/network issues
** Assisting agents experiencing PC or connectivity problems
** Performing minor router or network checks (Mikrotik / Cisco basics)
** Ensuring systems run smoothly during shift hours
** Coordinating with management when escalation is needed
Requirements:
** Basic knowledge of Networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP settings)
** Familiarity with Cisco and Mikrotik routers (basic understanding is enough)
** Ability to install Windows and essential software
** Good communication and support skills
** Previous call center tech-support experience is a plus
** Organized, responsible, and proactive work attitude
