About the role
As a Recruiter Specialist, you`ll work closely with stakeholders across all departments to deliver an exceptional hiring experience. You`ll be responsible proactively building strong talent pipelines and engaging effectively with hiring managers. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement, you`ll help ensure that our teams are equipped to scale and perform at their best
Main tasks and responsibilities:
** Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
** Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess qualifications, motivation, and culture fit.
** Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and interview panels.
** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track basic recruitment metrics (e.g., number of applicants, time‑to‑fill) and assist in regular recruitment reporting.
** Provide clear and timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
** Support onboarding preparation for new hires, including documentation and scheduling.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
About you:
** You have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (internship or full-time).
** You are familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, local job boards).
** You have strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for finding the right people.
** You are proactive and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
** You have a team-oriented mindset and enjoy collaborating across teams and departments.
** You have excellent spoken and written Georgian and English skills
** You are passionate about new technologies and ride hailing
